Position Highlights
Be an integral member of the Driver Licensing Customer Service Support team are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented administrative support all-star to join our team in Richmond.
This role processes the intersection safety camera violation tickets and provides additional administrative and customer support services.
Work DetailsHours of Work: 7.5 hours per day - 5 day week (M-F)

Salary Range: $48,885.20 - $52,561.60 Annually

Position Requirements- Initiative and good judgment to be proactive and determine priorities
- Communication skills, both writing and verbal
- Customer service experience to respond to public queries
- Work in a team environment
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adapt to work demands, volumes and schedules
- Learn new policies and procedures
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Maintain mental and visual concentration
- Minimum typing speed: 35
WPM with 90% accuracy - The successful candidate will meet the above requirements through high school graduation and office experience.
