Position: Administrative Assistant I

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant I for their Courtenay, BC location.

Responsibilities
  • Degree/Level of

    Education:

    Post secondary education is a nice to have
  • Certifications

    Required:

    CSC would be a nice to have, not required.
  • Years of Overall

    Experience:

    1 to 2 years relevant experience would be nice, open to junior candidates
  • How will performance be measured: verbal feedback on performance
  • Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:
    Customer centric, willing to learn
  • Role will manage competing priorities will need to be able to differentiate top priorities.
  • Ability to facilitate meeting and recap the meetings.
  • Someone who works well with clients, strong communication, ability to retain info
  • Work with minimal supervision – will communicating with direct manager on a virtual basis.
  • Problem solving skill stability to problem solve, utilize tools to solve problems
  • Someone who is curious, wants to learn and grow.
  • Answering phones, speaking with clientele and booking appointments.
  • Manage requests that come in from Investment Advisors and complete on a priority basis
  • Facilitate and recap meetings
