Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director, manage daily operations, coordinate internal communications, liaise with external partners, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering an efficient, productive, and professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, coordinate and organize meetings efficiently.
- Draft and organize correspondence, program information, and presentation materials for agents and partner institutions.
- Manage daily communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring urgent matters receive prompt attention.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth workflow and progress of educational projects and program placement services.
- Support market research, data collection, and analysis on international education trends, student recruitment, and partnership opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for initial inquiries from prospective agents, clients, and partner institutions.
- Coordinate communications between the Director, partner institutions, and clients to ensure clarity and efficiency in educational service delivery.
- Prepare periodic updates and summaries on applications, program progress, and institutional partnerships to inform the Director and ensure timely decision-making.
- Compile and reconcile monthly expense reports and financial records relevant to the company’s educational operations.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the Director, managing timelines, coordinating with team members, and monitoring progress through completion.
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
