As the Executive Assistant, you will directly support the President by managing their busy schedule, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and staff. Your ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion will contribute to the team's success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the President
• Facilitate communication between the President and various parties
• Maintain the President’s calendar, optimizing their time
• Organize travel and coordinate appointments
• Plan internal events and provide progress reports on tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Strong sense of responsibility and independence
