Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily schedule of the Director
• Organize meetings and draft investment reports
• Ensure clear communications with external partners
• Provide support for special projects as assigned
• Assist in financial record-keeping and reconciliation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in business or related studies
• One year of executive assistant experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication in English
