The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable Office & Accounting Coordinator to join our team.
This role is primarily focused on accounting and bookkeeping (approximately 85%), with a smaller portion dedicated to front desk and administrative support (approximately 15%).
You’ll be the steady engine behind the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business, while also acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. It’s a role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in keeping things accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting & Bookkeeping (Primary Focus)
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
Perform daily and monthly bookkeeping entries
Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients professionally
Office Coordination & Administration
Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
Support field staff and clients with administrative requests
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and general documentation
Help keep the office running smoothly day‑to‑day
Process & Efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
Support small projects that enhance internal systems and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a small office environment
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable phone manner
Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing your workload
Solid computer skills (Excel, accounting software, CRM systems)
Someone who takes initiative and follows things through
Salary Range: $55K-$60K
