Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO's priorities and confidential documents
• Keep projects on track and flag issues promptly
• Travel with the CEO and arrange business meetings
• Draft emails and communicate with stakeholders
• Research trends and opportunities for the company
Requirements:
• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
