As an Admin Assistant in this full-time position, you will be an integral part of our financial planning practice. You'll handle client inquiries, keep accurate records, and assist financial advisors with their administrative needs. Your proactive approach will help forge long-term relationships and maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep client records updated and compliant

• Handle client inquiries with professionalism

• Assist financial advisors in daily tasks

• Conduct account reviews for client meetings

• Organize client appointments and communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in relevant financial roles

• Strong attention to detail and tech proficiency

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

• Post-secondary education required
