Key Responsibilities:
• Organize the CEO's priorities and confidential documents
• Flag issues early and follow up on projects
• Arrange travel and business meetings for the CEO
• Communicate with partners, contractors, and stakeholders
• Research trends and present new opportunities
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a similar role, preferably fast-paced
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proactive approach to task management
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
