Become an Administrative Assistant and utilize your expertise in MS Office at a dynamic workplace. This role involves handling communication, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. Key responsibilities include answering telephone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and maintaining inventory. You'll also arrange travel itineraries while greeting and directing visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone and relay messages to appropriate contacts
• Respond to electronic inquiries and maintain email communication
• Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock availability

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
