Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls professionally and promptly
• Perform photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Manage email correspondence and communications
• Plan and organize office meetings efficiently
• Support daily operations to ensure a streamlined workflow
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and engaging personality for client interactions
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and Level 1 First Aid certification
