Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and on time
• Review pending orders to ensure smooth service
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and inquiries
• Support sales executives with administrative tasks
• Participate in vendor training and sales meetings
Requirements:
• High School diploma is required
• Minimum 1 year in administrative and sales roles
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
