We seek an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with a background in customer service and organizational experience to support policyholders and insurance adjusters. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating schedules, and managing the workflow of claims-related documentation. Familiarity with Xact Analysis and CRM systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide updates and support to policyholders and adjusters
• Answer inquiries and coordinate site visits
• Manage work orders and track payments accurately
• Execute additional assigned administrative duties
• Ensure data management is precise and effective
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years in customer service roles
• Experience with Xact Analysis and CRM systems preferred
• Strong data handling and Excel proficiency
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
