Position: Administrative Assistant/Front-Desk Hill)

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Front-Desk to join our team part time and full-time. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both staff and management. In return, we offer competitive pay and a comprehensive perks package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally; respond to general inquiries
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents with accuracy
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle clerical tasks including data entry, copying, and scanning
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences
  • Weekends work also needed

Employment Type:

Part-time and Full-time

Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools
  • Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
