As a vital member of our facilities team, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure a premium guest experience.
Your role involves overseeing health and safety protocols, resolving facility issues effectively, and managing vendors to uphold the highest standards. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is key to continuously enhancing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve facilities issues quickly for guest satisfaction
• Monitor centre performance and partner with tenants
• Oversee vendors to ensure quality service delivery
• Manage budget tracking and PO lifecycle
• Champion health, safety, and compliance measures
Requirements:
• Experience in facilities management in retail or hospitality
• Minimum secondary education or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Workday preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
