The role:As our Office Administrator, you’ll help keep our two facilities organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied rolethat supports senior leaders, coordinates office and facility needs, and workswith employees and external vendors. At Saltworks, you'll be part of a growing clean technology company with a strong focus on integrity, productivity, teamwork, and quality.
Key responsibilities:- Prioritize and complete a high volume of daily tasks and requests from across the company.
- Support senior leaders with day-to-day business operations and scheduling.
- Assist the business development and marketing team with conference preparation.
- Provide administrative assistance to the accounting and HR teams as needed.
- Book travel for team members across the company.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Coordinate office supplies, furniture, and workspace setup.
- Maintain meeting rooms and common areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage our third-party cleaning company and oversee office cleanliness and presentation.
- Contribute to the execution of company events, including meals and parties.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Post-secondary education.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication skills and the initiative to proactively engage with senior leaders when needed.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A keen eye for detail and a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach.

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience, qualifications, and internal equity).
