CBL Trading (Vancouver) Corp. is a Canada-based trading company involved in the import and wholesale distribution of general consumer and household goods. The company works with international suppliers to source a range of products for the Canadian market and is engaged in activities such as procurement, logistics coordination, and wholesale supply. It operates within the broader general merchandise sector and serves commercial partners across Canada through its trading and distribution network.
Job Duties- Establish company objectives and develop sales, marketing, and business development strategies in support of the company’s wholesale trading and distribution operations.
- Formulate, approve, and implement policies, programs, and operational procedures related to sales, marketing, customer relations, and market expansion.
- Allocate and manage human, financial, and operational resources to support organizational goals and business growth.
- Authorize and oversee sales and marketing activities, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer development initiatives.
- Coordinate the work of sales, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions to ensure efficient business operations and supply chain management.
- Develop strategic plans based on market conditions, sales performance, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with suppliers, wholesale customers, distribution partners, and other commercial stakeholders in Canada and international markets.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate managerial and professional staff.
- Represent the company in negotiations, trade discussions, supplier communications, and other official business functions.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international trade, commerce, or a related field.
- Over five years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, business development, or wholesale trade management are required.
- Experience in import/export trading, wholesale distribution, or consumer goods industry is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate business operations and work with international suppliers and customers.
