You will be responsible for managing prequalification submissions and maintaining accurate records of company credentials. This position will require you to lead bid coordination efforts and develop project-specific contracts while collaborating with Sales and Legal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor documentation for compliance and accuracy
• Review bid and tender documents for submission alignment
• Prepare compliance matrices and technical inputs
• Develop and update standard contract templates
• Collaborate with Sales on aligned pricing strategies
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of college or technical training required
• 2-5 years of experience in office roles
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
