Position: Operations Excellence Manager - Temporary Contract

As a member of the Operations Excellence Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing training materials for restaurant staff. Your tasks will include managing content creation, facilitating training sessions, and coordinating meetings to drive communication. Collaboration across teams is essential for achieving operational goals while you deliver effective training and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging training content and presentations

• Navigate feedback to enhance learning materials

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training

• Coordinate logistic arrangements for meetings

• Serve as a key contact for operational inquiries
Requirements:

• 1-3 years in training or administrative roles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial

• Preference for candidates with restaurant operations experience
