In this pivotal role, you will coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies for airline catering. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels to meet catering schedules
• Support procurement and logistics coordination
• Implement effective stock control practices to reduce waste
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or hospitality
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in food management
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards
• Proficient in inventory management and Microsoft Excel
