Karas Security provides reliable, tech-enabled security services across construction sites, warehouses, and commercial properties. We are committed to safety, professionalism, and strong client service.

We are hiring Warehouse Security Guards to support daily site operations. In this role, you will help maintain safety on site, monitor activities, and assist with coordinating warehouse operations. This position requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Our guards play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly and safely. You will also be expected to use basic systems for reporting and communication.

• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
• Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents
• Maintain accurate reports and logs
• Ensure site safety protocols are followed
• Communicate with clients and emergency services when needed
• Support team members and maintain service standards

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience (security, warehouse, or construction preferred)
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Comfortable using systems such as reporting apps, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Experience with Guards Pro or Track Tik is an asset
• SAP or logistics experience is a plus
