Drive operational excellence as a Project Coordinator in our Radius Security Division. This role focuses on customer experience and efficient service operations while coordinating installation and service activities.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the key link among customers, technicians, project teams, and vendors. Your responsibilities include managing ULC inspections, dispatching technicians, and maintaining customer records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ULC inspections and service requests
• Set up customer accounts for installation projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers and technicians
• Maintain service records and visibility into operations
• Monitor workflows and identify efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Service Coordination or similar role
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
