TradesBC's internal frameworks and external policies, ensuring they align with industry needs. Successful candidates must possess adept communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead policy development projects
• Organize stakeholder meetings and consultations
• Evaluate current policies and suggest improvements
• Draft comprehensive policy documents and reports
• Support data collection for policy needs analysis
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in policy, public administration, or business
• At least 3 years of policy development experience
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of BC’s trades training and apprenticeship systems
Contribute to significant policy initiatives and stakeholder engagement at Skilled
TradesBC, shaping the future of trade education.
