North Defence as the Lead Capture Director, responsible for guiding key strategic projects in the aerospace and defence industry. This senior role combines leadership and strategic planning.

You will spearhead capture management for opportunities valued at $100M+, mapping out effective strategies and presenting them to executive leadership. Collaborating with business and engineering leads, you will architect deal structures that meet complex requirements and ensure the successful transition of won contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee capture management for high-value opportunities

• Develop win themes and competitor ghosting strategies

• Structure optimal deal models and pricing strategies

• Facilitate proposal costing and negotiation processes

• Present financial risk assessments to leadership

Requirements:

• 15+ years in aerospace/defence sectors, 5+ in senior roles

• Educational background in Engineering or equivalent

• RCAF Fighter aircraft experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Required to obtain security clearance
