Service Network Manager

Position: Service Network Manager at Prevost

As part of Volvo Group Canada, you will play a critical role in our service network strategy. Your responsibilities encompass analyzing performance metrics, managing profitability, and executing targeted training initiatives. Partnering with internal and external customers, you'll create actionable plans that boost service quality across our North American service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, sales, and labor costs effectively

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of service operations

• Collaborate with customers to set improvement strategies

• Foster positive relationships with branch leaders

• Engage in network visits to oversee operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

• Bilingual candidates preferred, especially Spanish or French

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently and travel 25%
