• Deliver high-impact creative designs, motion graphics and 3D renders for global campaigns, product launches, and digital toolkits.
• Actively explore, test, and embed emerging AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney) within the motion pipeline to reduce churn and increase speed-to-market.
• Ensure all digital design and motion output is on-brand, commercially effective, and optimised for specific platform performance.
• £38-42k
• 2 days in office (London Bridge)

• 4–6+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, digital design, high-end 3D product rendering and social-first motion design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender).
• A proactive interest in Agentic AI and augmented workflows to enhance the creative process.
