Overview While our lead creative team is on-site capturing beautiful weddings and events, we are looking for an energetic, creative Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help tell our story. You’ll be capturing behind-the-scenes moments, crafting engaging social media content, and keeping our Word Press site fresh and up to date. If you have a passion for events, a strong visual aesthetic, and a love for content creation, we’d love to welcome you to the team!
Responsibilities Behind-the-Scenes & Content Capture:
Filming behind-the-scenes moments, photoshoots, and live events to capture authentic, high-quality video and photo content.
- typically with DJI pocket series or similar.
Word Press & Website Management:
Updating, maintaining, and publishing fresh media and written content to our Word Press site.
Social Media Creation & Publishing:
Designing, editing, and publishing engaging video clips (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) and graphics across social media channels.
Simple Post-Production & Video Editing:
Editing raw video footage, selecting music, managing color correction, most likely with Cap Cut / or similar software.
Cross-Team
Collaboration:
Working alongside production, marketing, and creative leads to brainstorm campaign concepts and translate project ideas into visual assets.
Skills Proficiency in social media platform: IG / Tiktok / FB / Pinterest / Red Note
Experience with Word Press for web design projects.
Knowledge of Photo / video editing techniques and tools.
Strong design skills for creating original visual content.
Familiarity with color management principles to ensure accurate color representation in designs.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Schedule Event-driven schedule with a mix of weekday evenings, occasional weekends, and occasional weekday daytime hours depending on shoot schedules.
In-Team Virtual weekly meetings, may require once in a while meeting in person ( in our Ironwood Richmond studio)
Performance Performance based on speed and quality of delivery
