As part of a four-month temporary position, you will aid the Industry Funding department in ensuring financial accountability and effective funding distributions. Your tasks will include managing contracts, gathering internal feedback, and assisting with research initiatives that enhance workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing funding contracts and approvals
• Conduct reviews on funding requests and budgets
• Support departmental research initiatives as needed
• Engage in onboarding and team alignment activities
• Foster professional relationships with management levels
Requirements:
• Current enrollment in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous relevant office experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with curiosity
