Position: CIBC Associate Financial Advisor Role

As an integral member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a client-focused environment, engaging deeply with personal and small business clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing financial plans, and managing mortgage portfolios. You'll also have the flexibility to work at multiple locations, ensuring a premium client experience across neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to discuss financial goals and provide solutions

• Build and nurture client relationships through outreach activities

• Identify new business opportunities through networking

• Guide clients in using mobile banking applications

• Attend community banking events to enhance CIBC presence

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in financial advice and sales roles

• Certification in Mutual Funds License

• Good standing in CIRO-MFD licensing

• Interest in relationship building and client service

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
