Position: Tax Accountant with CPA Certification
Elevate your career with FPS Food Process Solutions as a Tax Accountant focusing on corporate tax and compliance. This role emphasizes your CPA expertise in managing indirect tax and payroll-related matters across jurisdictions.

You will be an integral part of the finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. Here, you'll be responsible for corporate tax compliance in Canada and the U.S., as well as managing indirect tax filings such as VAT and GST across North America and Europe. You will ensure compliance with payroll tax matters and maintain efficient collaboration with external accountants for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate income tax filings in Canada and the U.S.

• Ensure indirect tax compliance across North America and Europe

• Facilitate payroll tax compliance and statutory filings

• Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities

• Organize supporting documents for tax filings and compliance

Requirements:

• Must hold a CPA designation

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills

• Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
