As a Mortgage Broker, you will guide clients through the financing process—from initial consultation to closing—by identifying suitable mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll assess financial profiles, present lending options, and advise on strategies such as refinancing and debt consolidation. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and lender coordination to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.

• Licensed Mortgage Broker in the applicable Canadian province
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and rate structures
• Experience in debt consolidation and financial advisory is an asset
• Proven ability to generate and manage client pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Background in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred
