As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will own daily and month-end costing, conduct variance analysis, and partner with operational teams to drive performance. This SAP-intensive role requires strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review OPEX and investigate cost variations
• Support monthly and annual budgeting processes
• Conduct cost forecasting at plant-specific levels
• Perform variance analysis connecting costs to operational drivers
• Maintain biweekly production-expense reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years in cost accounting or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems
• Strong communication abilities for non-financial stakeholders
