Launch your career in auto finance with Open Road Auto as a Credit Specialist in the innovative F&I and Leasing Department. This full-time position allows you to work directly with guests to secure their financing needs.
As a Credit Specialist, you will report to the Special Finance Manager while you manage the entire financing process for guests.
Your role will involve creating credit programs, documenting guest financial needs, and working with auto finance lenders to achieve successful loan approvals. Strong focus on guest satisfaction and compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document guest vehicle and payment needs
• Develop credit programs tailored to guest requirements
• Review and submit all lending documentation
• Present relevant financing options clearly to guests
• Comply with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Well-organized with excellent time management
• Able to work on multiple priorities efficiently
• Results-oriented and detail-focused
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
