In the Richmond location, the Consumer Credit Supervisor oversees the daily operations of credit adjudication. This role is pivotal, requiring 5-7 years of experience in consumer lending and 2-3 years of supervisory experience. You will coach a high-performing team, ensure compliance with credit policies, and foster strong dealer relationships while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily credit operations to ensure compliance
• Supervise and mentor Credit Analysts for effective decision-making
• Monitor service levels and productivity metrics
• Review and approve credit decisions within authority
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 5–7 years in automotive finance or credit adjudication
• 2–3 years in supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of credit principles and risk assessment
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset
