Customer Experience Associate – TD Canada Trust

Richmond, British Columbia, Canada

Hours:

15-hour per week (part-time)

Line of Business:
Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD per hour, depending on skills and experience.

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per operating procedures and regulations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalating non‑standard cases as required.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
• Connect personally with customers and advise them clearly on solutions and processes.
• Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
• Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities arise.

• High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Dynamic communicator with customer‑experience skills; calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills considered an asset.
