In this vital role, you will manage the Credit team's daily activities, focusing on sound credit decisioning and exceptional dealer service. Your leadership will guide Credit Analysts as they handle complex transactions and develop their skills. You’ll balance portfolio growth with risk management while maintaining compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily credit adjudication operations effectively
• Provide guidance to Credit Analysts on complex cases
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes
• Analyze credit application trends and performance indicators
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in credit adjudication or financial services
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Skill in evaluating consumer and commercial loans
• Proficiency with credit risk assessment and compliance
