Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with daily advice and service transactions
• Guide customers to appropriate contacts for solutions
• Educate customers on digital banking tools
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements for branch operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 90 days
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication skills with customer interaction
• Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
