River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for a Team Lead in the F&B Department. Under the supervision of the Manager, F & B Outlet or the Shift Manager F&B Outlet this position is responsible for coordinating day- to-day activities of Food and Beverage Operation(s) on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities for our next F&B Lead will include:
Monitors outlet(s) operations on a shift basis and reports issues to F&B managementPerforms a server, host/hostess role in a lead capacityCompletes shift reports at the end of each shiftAssists with month end inventoriesWorks on special initiatives as delegated by F & B managementLiaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsDevelops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and employees)Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directedSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience with Supervisory experience being an assetStarbucks experience is requiredComputer literacy in MS OfficeExperience in POS systemExceptional interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to obtain criminal background checkServing It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right CertificationAbility to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communicationA commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guestsWillingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional developmentPassion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellenceLive GCE’s Values on the job:
