River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for an energetic Busperson to join the F&B team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their respective areas and providing customer service within the F&B outlet.
Duties and responsibilities for our Busperson will include:
Clearing and cleaning tables and/or counters as soon as they are vacatedRemoving used dishes/glasses/cutlery/linen and paper products and disposing of them according to the outlet operational guidelinesAssisting in overall maintenance of F&B areas including floors walls & windowsMinimizing breakage by properly filling bus pansAssisting with restocking and maintaining a clean and tidy stock areaRunning food and providing guests with additional items as requiredCleaning spills as they occurLiaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsEnsuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforming other duties as assigned or directedSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift 35 lbs.Serving It Right certificate requiredThe ability to successfully obtain a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments through timely, effective, and service oriented communicationA commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services to offer exceptional experiences to our guestsA willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional developmentLive GCE’s Values on the job:
