Overview
Cleantech is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to support our Concierge division. You will work directly with our Concierge Manager to support multiple residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver.
This is not a traditional desk job. Every day is different—you may be training staff, conducting building inspections, preparing reports, solving operational challenges, or stepping in to support a site when coverage is needed.

- Comfortable leading and guiding team members while ensuring rules and standards are followed
- Confident in resolving operational issues with minimal supervision
- Strong attendance consistency and commitment to scheduled shifts

What You’ll DoTeam Support & Training
- Train new Concierge team members.
- Coach employees on company procedures, customer service standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to support teams and ensure service quality.
Scheduling & Coverage Coordination
- Assist with coordinating shift coverage and operational staffing needs.
- Provide Concierge relief coverage when operationally required.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly reports and performance tracking documents.
- Maintain spreadsheets and logs.
- Support the Concierge Manager with administrative and operational projects.
Client & Team Relations
- Build positive working relationships with council and team members.
- Escalate significant operational or personnel concerns to the Concierge Manager as required.
- Represent Cleantech with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Required:
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel between multiple work locations
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, operations, property management, facilities management, or team leadership.
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience preparing reports, coordinating schedules, or managing projects.
- Concierge experience is considered an asset.

- $50,000 annually
