Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and inspire a dedicated hospitality team
• Deliver distinguished wine and dining experiences to guests
• Drive sales objectives across all offerings
• Train team members on exceptional service standards
• Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of college education (bachelor’s preferred)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in wine or hospitality
• Proficiency in POS systems along with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be 19+ and hold valid Serving It Right certification
