Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee buffet operations ensuring service readiness and cleanliness

• Act as lead server to provide warm, efficient guest service

• Complete accurate end-of-shift reports and inventory counts

• Execute operational initiatives assigned by F&B leadership

• Communicate effectively with culinary and operational teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year food & beverage experience, supervisory exposure a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS systems

• Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset

• Serving It Right certification required

• Ability to clear a criminal record check
