At Lakeside Grill, the Host sets the stage for exceptional dining service and engagement with our Guests. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, extending warm welcomes, and ensuring every event runs smoothly, whether a wedding or BBQ. This role provides opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome Guests enthusiastically at entry points
• Handle reservations and assist with seating plans
• Achieve impeccable service during meal times
• Support various events, from receptions to BBQs
• Collaborate with the entire food and beverage team
Requirements:
• Eager to learn and accept feedback constructively
• Able to think quickly and maintain calm under pressure
• 1-year experience in food and beverage preferred
• Proficient in juggling tasks efficiently
