Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance staff and operations
• Address and prioritize maintenance requests
• Inspect and optimize technical systems
• Manage vendors and contract negotiations

Requirements:
• 4 years of maintenance experience in hospitality
• HVAC experience is required
• A two-year degree is desirable
• Must be available for emergency calls
