As a Bell Person, your role is pivotal in creating a memorable arrival for guests at River Rock Casino Resort. You will build strong rapport while assisting with luggage, navigating guests through the property, and coordinating transportation. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
• Provide luggage assistance with care and attention
• Guide guests with clear directions within the resort
• Arrange and coordinate transportation needs with professionalism
• Provide knowledgeable suggestions on resort amenities and attractions
Requirements:
• Available for varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to safely lift and manage heavy luggage
• Must clear a criminal record check
