River Rock Casino Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations in the Housekeeping Department. Key responsibilities include supervising room attendants, managing the key inventory, and conducting orientation for new team members. You'll ensure a safe work environment while exceeding guest and employee expectations through effective communication and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor housekeeping operations and direct assignments
• Record and manage guest requests efficiently
• Conduct room inspections and report findings
• Manage the dry cleaning program for staff
• Maintain the Lost and Found and key inventory
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; hospitality education preferred
• WHMIS and Smart Serve certification required
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to obtain a criminal background check
