Payroll Coordinator

Our Payroll & Benefits Coordinators are responsible for processing full-cycle, biweekly payroll for all PASS employees, preparing final pay, processing ROEs on the Service Canada website, and maintaining employee files (bank information, vacation accrual, etc.). Your knowledge and experience with unionized payroll requirements in accordance with collective agreements will be essential to ensure overtime, training, sick leave, vacation, and other entitlements are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a unionized environment, interpreting and applying principles of collective agreements
• Knowledge of payroll practices and CRA legislation
• Strong computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to effectively work in a team environment and independently
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is considered an asset

Salary: $60,000-$65,000

This position will be fully office-based at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
