In this dynamic full-time role, you will partner with leadership to align HR solutions with business strategies. Responsibilities include coaching on change management and overseeing the employee lifecycle. Attend to compliance with labour laws and promote continuous improvement in HR processes. This position requires a proactive approach to employee engagement and the fostering of reliable communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities
• Deliver comprehensive HR advice and support
• Assist in recruitment and performance management
• Monitor compliance with employment legislation
• Implement initiatives that enhance employee retention and culture
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist
• Proficient in data management and Excel
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
