Become an integral part of Open Road Auto Group as a Dynamic HR Coordinator dedicated to enhancing human resources through effective event management and associate support. Based at the Head Office.
This full-time position requires a proactive individual with 2-3 years of HR experience who excels at managing multiple responsibilities such as recruitment and employee benefits. Your strong communication skills will be essential while providing guidance in interpreting HR policies. Engage with a diverse team and contribute positively to the workplace culture through innovative HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage HR-related events
• Support recruitment and associate relations
• Review and coordinate employee benefits programs
• Assist with operational HR administration
• Communicate HR policies clearly to associates
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in HR required
• Experience in event management is mandatory
• Customer-service oriented problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
