Drive strategic HR initiatives at AtkinsRéalis as a Human Resources Business Partner. Collaborate to align people strategies and enhance employee engagement across Canada.

This HR Partner role is pivotal in shaping a collaborative environment that supports organizational goals and employee well-being. You will work closely with leadership teams to implement best practices in talent management, compliance, and employee services. Your focus will be on building relationships and sustaining a culture of inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify organizational capabilities that support strategic HR initiatives

• Offer expert guidance on recruitment and performance processes

• Oversee compliance with labour laws and internal policies

• Facilitate initiatives to improve employee engagement

• Manage sensitive HR matters and employee lifecycle processes

Requirements:

• University degree or HR management diploma

• 1-2 years as an HR generalist

• Proficiency in data management, particularly Excel

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• French proficiency is advantageous
